Delivery & returns
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
- Ready-made pieces are usually posted within 3 working days of your order.
- Custom orders are made for you. Please allow about one week before they are posted, or the time shown on the product.
- Items made by our print partners are sent directly by them. Their delivery time is shown on the product.
Postage is shown at checkout before you pay. For Christmas delivery, please order by the last order date shown on the site.
Changing your mind
For most items you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us at soraya@soulartltd.com with your name and what you would like to return. Then send the item back within 14 days, unused and in its original condition.
We will refund the price of the item and the original standard postage within 14 days of receiving it back. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty.
Items that cannot be returned
Custom and personalised orders, made to your choice of colours or design, cannot be cancelled or returned once we have started making them, unless they are faulty. This is allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Damaged or faulty items
Every piece is checked and carefully packed before it is posted. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email soraya@soulartltd.com within 30 days with a photo and we will put it right with a repair, a replacement or a refund.
Handmade by nature
Each piece is made by hand. Small differences in colour, marbling and embellishment are part of what makes it unique, and are not faults.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
