What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, and anything you choose to tell us. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Cookies
We only use Google's cookies if you agree to them. If you press Accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies that tell us how visitors find the shop and which adverts lead to orders. If you choose No thanks, nothing from Google is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Why we use it
- To take, make and deliver your order, and to keep you updated about it.
- To reply to your enquiries and bookings.
- To keep the accounting records the law requires.
We never sell your information. We will only send you news or offers if you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our secure database), Vercel (website hosting), Royal Mail or our courier (delivery), and our print partners for items they make and send for us. Some of these services may store information outside the UK, with the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Enquiries are kept for up to two years, then deleted.
