Our pieces

Our pieces are handmade, so no two are exactly alike. Numbered pieces are photographed individually: the piece you choose is the piece you receive. Custom orders are made to your chosen colours and will closely match, but will not be identical to, any example photos.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Postage is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order.

Your order

Your order is accepted when payment is complete and you receive your email receipt. Pieces are limited. If, rarely, we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Safety

Our baubles and decorations are decorative items, not toys. Some have small embellishments, so please keep them away from young children and pets.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights.
